The core app team is redesigning the Wayfair iOS app. They partnered with my team, Shopping Tools, to redesign and improve the Lists experience. I had a really short 3 weeks to quickly get designs ready for development.

To set scope, I conducted an audit of the current Lists experience. I laid out all key flows, and then defined key actions and data on each page.

Having this information made decision making and aligning stakeholders super easy.
